Thomas wakes up and finds himself in a moving elevator. The only thing he can remember clearly is his own name. Everything else is a little fuzzy, he can remember general things but nothing specific. After awhile Thomas is afraid that the elevator will never stop moving. When it does a door opens up above him and he can see people waiting, the next words he hears he will never forget. The Maze Runner
