Adventures of Finding my cat

So a while ago my cat that lives inside my house got out. We live out in the country so when out cat got out my family was freaking out because he could get lost very easily because we have woods in our backyard which is part of our property. So I had to run outside and try and catch him before he went to the woods. Well I almost had him cornered against the house when he ran off. Apparently my cat freaks out when he's outside and doesn't want anyone to come near him. So I chased after him and of course where was he heading, to the woods. i was lucky though that there was a pile of tree limbs that had fallen on the outskirts of the woods and my cat ran into that to hide. So I had to get on my hands and knees to follow him into the mass of tree limbs. These weren't ordinary small tree limbs either. They were from the trees that had been growing for a long time so they were massive. So as I was trying to capture my cat it was getting darker and darker so I was having issues seeing where I was going and what I was running into. When I finally saw where my cat was I was really annoyed. He was in a spot that I could barley get to even if I military crawled. So I then had to get on my belly and go and get him. After I was almost able to reach him he tried to run away, Again. Luckily there were no other ways out so he ran towards me and I was able to get a hold on him and bring him inside. After he was safely inside I was able to look at the damage that I had done to myself. I was covered in stick tights and many more prickly objects. Caked in mud and who knows what else. I also had a spider web in my hair. So it was safe to assume that the spider was somewhere on me. So that was my adventure in trying to find my cat.
